Thank you for your willingness to serve at our annual Westheights Family Carnival. It is exciting to see so many people from our church unite together for the purpose of building relationships in our community so that we can share the good news of the gospel. Thanks for your part in this large team effort. Last year was amazing, and we pray we will have the same kind of impact this year.


To see your position, and the time you are serving, you can click on the "Volunteer Schedule" link on the left. Feel free to browse the carnival planning website while you are here. At this site you will also find a "Job Description" for your position. A complete schedule of all of the carnival day setup and activities can be seen by clicking on the "Schedule" link on the left.


Please meet in the church sanctuary at 11:30 am for a Volunteer Team Orientation Meeting on the day of the carnival, immediately after the morning church service. During this meeting we will further explain specific information you may need to know to serve in your area. For those staying for set up, a luncheon is provided.


When you return to the church later in the day, please park at Highland Hills Mall. Obviously, the church parking lot needs to be cleared out by 12:15pm so setup can begin. We would like to leave the street side parking for the guests.


The carnival is scheduled to run from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Games (not rides) will be shut down at 7:30pm so that the kids have time to redeem their tickets at the Prize Booth.


Following the carnival and the draws, hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided for all the volunteers. This should happen between 8:10 and 8:30 pm (after the bike draw and jelly bean winner have been announced).
